If you purchased through Paypal our Online Processor and the product was a digital download you have a maximum of 60 days to decide whether we have overdelivered and provided you with everything we mentioned on the Sales Page in which you purchased the digital product.
If you purchased through Clickbank.com our other Online Processor then your refund request will be governed wholly by Clickbank.com's refund policy.
If you purchased through JVZoo.com our Online Processor and the product was a digital download you have a maximum of 30 days to decide whether we have overdelivered and provided you with everything we mentioned on the Sales Page in which you purchased the digital product.
If you received any bonuses please read the
Bonus Policy in conjunction with and as one with the Refund Policy.
Refunds for services are not issued, unless the service was NOT delivered within the time frame specified.
If a dispute is opened, because of a refund during the grace period, refund will not be issued.
In your claim for refund, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information.

If your purchase includes source code, or unencrypted code of any type that you can use or repurpose to clone our product or service then NO refund under any circumstances will be offered or issued.
If a refund is granted then upon confirmation of your request and agreeance for a refund, you must destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. All licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights. No refunds are issued for provided services (including product installation, customization and software development) if provided services meet predefined specifications.
